摘　　要：通过对系统ＭＩＳ及Ｉｎｅｔｅｒｎｅｔ技术的分析，论述了建立基于Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ技术的管理信息系统是管理信息系统发展的必然．它符合企业对信息处理的要求，使企业不仅能有效的处理内部信息，同时能及时处理各种外部信息，提高企业的竞争能力，本文还探讨了基于Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ技术的信息系统体系结构．The anthar manifess that to built MIS based on Internet technology is an mevitable trend in developing MIS by the analysis of traditional MIS and Internet technology.It conforms to enterprise demand of information and not only process is inner information efficiently but also processes outer information timely and promotes the competition ability of enterprise.The architecture of enterprise information system based on internet technology is also discussed.
