摘 要:为模拟计算电喷柴油汽车的燃油消耗量,建立了发动机负荷特性的BP神经网络模型和不同行驶模式下的燃油消耗量模拟模型。通过对模拟值和试验值进行回归,用回归方程对模拟值进行修正。结果表明:将电喷柴油发动机设置为不同的额定功率,6工况循环的燃油消耗量模拟值和试验值最大误差为2.3%;不同载荷、不同挡位等速行驶工况的模拟值和试验值最大误差为3.4%;在6工况循环、空载和满载最高挡等速行驶时,调整电喷柴油发动机的ECU,将发动机额定功率设为247 kW时,其试验燃油消耗量低于196 kW和301 kW两种功率配置的燃油消耗量。In order to simulate fuel consumption of automobile with electric fuel injection (EFI) diesel engine, BP neural network model of engine load characteristics and fuel consumption simulating model under different driving modes were built. Through regression of the testing value and simulating value, simulating value was corrected with regression equation. Results show that the maximum error between testing value and simulating value with 6 driving modes is 2.3 % when rated power of EFI diesel engine is set up, and the maximum error between testing value and simulating value under driving at constant velocity with different loads and different transmission ratios is 3.4% Electronic control unit (ECU) of EFI diesel engine is adjusted and the rated power of the engine is supposed to 247 kW. The fuel consumption of 100 kilometers for 247 kW engine is less than that for 196 kW and 301 kW engine under 6 driving modes and constant velocity with gearbox transmission ratio of full load and unload.
