摘  要:目的研究SBR改性沥青在寒冷地区的适用性.方法结合北方寒冷地区的气候特点,采用SBR改性剂对辽河90#沥青进行了改性研究,并进行了改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、抗疲劳性能、水稳定性等路用性能试验.结果综合考虑经济技术两方面的因素,SBR改性剂的最佳掺入的质量分数为4%;SBR改性沥青混合料的冻融劈裂强度明显大于基质沥青混合料,TSR提高比例为12%;SBR改性沥青的车辙动稳定度约是基质沥青的3倍;SBR改性沥青的破坏应变约是基质沥青的1.5倍;当都采用4.5 MPa应力加载时,SBR改性沥青混合料的疲劳寿命是基质沥青混合料疲劳寿命的5倍.结论研究表明辽河90#沥青经SBR改性后的路用性能有了显著的提高;适合北方寒冷地区的气候特点.The bitumen of LIAOHE 90# was modified with SBR in order to verify applicability of SBR modified bitumen in Shenyang area according to the climate characteristic of Shenyang and the performance of asphalt mixture with SBR modifier was appraised, including the high-temperature stability, low-temperature anti-cracking, the fatigue performance and water stability. Considering the economic factors and the road performance of SBR asphalt, the optimum content of SBR modifier was 4% ; SBR modified asphalt mixture splitting strength of the freezing-thawing was significantly greater than the matrix asphalt mixtures, TSR had increased 12% ;Dynamic Stability of SBR modified asphalt was about 3 times than that of matrix asphalt; Damage strain of SBR modified asphalt was about 1.5 times than that of matrix asphalt; When 4. 5 MPa stress loading was used, Fatigue life of SBR modified asphalt mixture was about 5 times than that of matrix asphalt. The study indicates that the SBR modified asphalt has an excellent road performance, and is suitable for the climate characteristics in north areas of China.
