摘  要:Clinsulf-Do硫磺回收工艺是由德国Linde公司开发的一种选择性催化氧化工艺,其核心技术是采用了Linde公司自主生产的装有催化剂的内冷式反应器,使用的H_2S选择氧化催化剂为CRS-31型催化剂,含TiO_2约85%(wt),其优点是有较高的Claus活性。虽CRS-31型催化剂结构较稳定不易硫酸盐化,但因日常操作不当也会引起催化剂活性减弱。文章对催化剂活性减弱成因做了分析,并给出了预防措施。Clinsulf-Do sulfur recovery technology is a selective catalytic oxidation process by the German's Linde Corporation developed. The core technology is the use of internalcooling reactor with catalyst, the use of a catalyst for selective oxidation of H2S is CRS -31 catalyst, TiO2 containing about 85 %.The advantage is higher Claus's activity.Although the CRS-31's structure of more stable catalyst is not easy to sulfate, but also improper operation of day-to-day can lead to decreased with the catalyst activity.The article analyzes the causes of reduced activity of the catalyst, and preventive measures are given.
