黑水晶光泽度计工作板的研制

摘　　要：报道了ＡＴ切型掺Ａｌ３＋水晶的生长过程和黑水晶光泽度计工作板的研制工艺．首次将７０ｍｍ×３５ｍｍ×５ｍｍ黑水晶工作板应用于ＷＧＧ光泽度计上使用．结果表明，在低的光谱透过率和年变化量、高的硬度、光泽值和均匀性等方面均优于黑玻璃工作板．本文最后对水晶方向的选择和着色机制等问题进行了探讨。The growth process of the added Al 3+ AT cut quartz and the making technology for lustre plate are reported in this paper. We applied first time the black quartz lustre plate with dimension 70×35×5mm 3 to the WGG model lustre meter. The principal advantages of this lustre over the black glass lustre plate are lower light transpanrence and annual change rate of lustre value,higher hardness lustre value and homogeneity. At the last the direction choice and colored mechanism are discussed briefly.
