摘 要:根据勘探资料,把露天矿开采区域划分为若干区域,将岩层厚度及区域内剥离量作为随机变量,利用数理统计的方法进行分析,定义了岩层厚度变化下拉斗铲可靠性的概念,并给出了可靠度的计算方法,计算出不同型号拉斗铲在岩层厚度变化的情况下可靠度,同时根据所确定的可靠度范围选择拉斗铲型号。结果表明:研究拉斗铲-岩层厚度变化条件可靠性为拉斗铲选型提供了一种有效的方法。This research is conducted based on the data of exploration. In this paper, the explorafing areas are spcrated into several parts, the thickness of the strata of coal bed and the amount of stripping arc used as random variables and then the mathematical statistics are used to do the analysis. As a result, a conception of reliability of dragline excavator when the thickness of overling strata changes is given as well as the calculation method of reliability. Thus, the reliability of different types of dragline when thickness of ovcding strata changes is worked out respectively so that the appropriate type of dragline can be used accordingly. The research shows that the study on the reliability of dragline based on the thickness of strata provides an effective way to choose the fight type of dragline.
