摘　　要：现代日本农协作为综合农协广为世界各国所熟知,其历史渊源可以追溯到江户时期的农村民间金融组织,主要代表是"赖母子"和"报德社"。作为自发形成的民间金融组织,"赖母子"和"报德社"在日本农村经济发展中发挥了一定的历史作用,特别是"报德社"不仅在经济方面,而且在思想方面也起到了一定的教化作用。而报德社的以"分度"与"推让"为中心的经济思想对当今社会和企业仍具有很大的指导和借鉴意义。As a compreensive farmer＇s society, modern Japanese Farmer＇s Society is well known throughout the world. Its historical origin dated back to non-governmental financial institutions in rural areas during the Edo period which were represented by ＂tanomosiko＂and ＂houtokusya＂. As Spontaneously formed non-governmental financial institutions, ＂tanomosiko＂and ＂houtokusya＂played a certain historical role in the development of rural economy in Japan. ＂Houtokusya＂educated people both economically and ideologically. ＂Bundo＂and ＂suijyou＂centered economic thought of ＂houtokusya＂ can still be used as a source of reference nowadays.
