摘 要:为对纤维增强攻坚战斗部毁伤威力进行有效评估,对裸装药、复合材料壳体、钢质壳体装药在空气及混凝土靶中的爆炸破坏效应进行了对比试验研究.试验结果表明,同样装药情况下,复合材料壳体装药爆炸产生的冲击波超压大于钢壳体装药而低于裸装药,且不会产生破片对远距离目标的杀伤;而钢质壳体装药爆炸破片对远距离目标具有一定的杀伤效应.在混凝土靶中爆炸破坏效应方面,复合材料壳体装药阻抗匹配要比钢壳体装药好,更利于爆炸冲击波的传播.同样装药情况下,复合材料壳体装药爆炸对靶体爆炸驱动有效能量大于钢壳体装药.To evaluate blasting damage effect of fiber reinforced warhead, the blast effects of three charges, i. e. naked charge, charge with composite material shell, and charge with steel shell, were studied by means of experiments. Experimental results show that peak overpressure caused by detonation of explosive charge with carbon fiber composite shell is higher than that of charge with steel shell, but lower than that of naked charge with the same quantity of charge. No fragments that are of danger to distant targets are generated in charge with carbon fiber composite shell. Charge with steel shell has results of striking contrast. According to the blast effect on the concrete target, charging with composite material shell is superior to that with steel shell in matched impedance as well as detonation propagation. Under the same explosive charge conditions, the effective energy produced by the detonation of explosive with composite material shell is stronger than the one with steel shell.
