摘  要:为了研究自行高炮系统固有能力的计算方法与模型,构建了较为完备、独立的自行高炮系统固有能力评估参数体系,将系统固有能力表述为信息能力、火力控制能力、火力能力、机动能力、防护能力和持续作战能力6项.将层次分析方法和幂指数方法相结合,建立了基于该参数体系的自行高炮系统固有能力计算幂指数模型.应用该模型对国内外4种典型的自行高炮火力固有能力进行了计算,得出的定量计算结果表明这4种自行高炮固有能力的排序与专家定性分析和相关文献的计算结果基本一致.该方法可以为自行高炮和相关武器系统固有能力计算和系统效能分析提供参考.To research the computing method and model of inherent capabilit anti-air gun system, a total and independent evaluating parameters hierarchy ies of self-propelled system was presented. The system inherent capabilities were separated into six sub-systems, such as information, fire control, fire, mobility, protection, and sustainability. Combining the qualitative analytic hierarchy process with the quantitative power exponent method, the power exponent calculating models of the inherent capabilities based on the evaluating parameters hierarchy system were established. Computing results of four kinds of typical guns, produced inland or abroad, indicate that the order of the inherent capability of these guns obtained by this model is accordant with that of experts qualitative analysis and calculated results in references. The method is useful in system analysis of self-propelled anti-air gun and other weapon system.
