摘  要:为考察ANSOB氧枪工作中发生烧损时的喷流特性,在等温条件下对模拟氧枪的同轴环状喷流在枪端面齐平、有30°和45°角缺损,以及环流不供气等4种情况下实测了时均速度和紊流度分布,得出了在端面有缺损时造成环周上动量通量分布不均衡,喷流将向一侧发生偏斜;在vao/vmo等于014的条件下,环状伴流对喷流的总流特性仍有较大影响;喷流的紊流度在有伴流时明显增强.Time mean velocity and turbulent intensity distribution were measured under isothermal conditions of pilot oxygen torch with a co axial annular jet flow,in case of even end section,30° or 45° burned end section,and also without gas given in order to investigate the characteristics of the jet flow when ANS OB oxygen torch was burned in use. It has been found that momentum flux is unevenly distributed on the annular circle so that the jet flow deflects to one side when the end section was burned,the annular jet flow still affects greatly general characteristics of jet flow when v ao /v mo =0 14 ,and turbulent intensity of the jet flow is obviously increased when accompanied with the annular jet flow.
