摘  要:目的:建立新三黄合剂的质量标准。方法:用TLC法对大黄、丹参、姜黄、水蛭进行定性鉴别;用HPLC法测定大黄中大黄酸、大黄素和大黄酚的含量。结果:薄层色谱图斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;大黄酸在0.0382-0.4202μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率98.53%,RSD%为0.75%(n=6),大黄素在0.0164-0.1804μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率99.41%,RSD%为1.31%(n=6),大黄素在0.0204-0.2244μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率97.96%,RSD%为1.65%(n=6)。结论:该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于新三黄合剂的质量控制。Objective: To establish the quality standard study for New Sanhuang Mixture. Methods: Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix et Rhizoma Salviae mihiorrhizae, Rhizoma Curcumae longae,Hirudo in New Sanhuang Mixture were identified by TLC; The content of Rhein,emodin and Chrysophanol was determined by HPLC. Results: The TLC sports developed was fairly clear, and the blank test showed no interference. The calibration curve of Rhein was linear in the range of 0.0382-0.4202 μg, its average recovery was 98.53% and RSD% was 0.75%(n=6).The calibration curve of emodin was linear in the range of 0.0164-0.1804μg, its average recovery was 99.41% and RSD% was 1.31%(n=6). The calibration curve of Chrysophanol was linear in the range of 0.0204-0.2244 μg, its average recovery was 97.96% and RSD% was 1.65% (n =6). Conclusion: The selective,sensitive and reproducibility of the method are good, the method can be used for quality of control of New Sanhuang Mixture.
