卧螺离心机在酒糟废液分离中的应用

摘　　要：我国酿酒行业每年要排出几千万吨高浓度酒糟废液。酒糟废液中的有机固形物含量高达5%～8%[1],每吨酒糟废液中残留有机物含量高达500 kg以上,并含有丰富的营养成份和多种氨基酸[2]。近20年来,国内酒精行业为选择酒糟废液分离设备进行过多种尝试,大型板框压滤机存在滤布再生困难,操作劳动强度大,常规作业费用高等问题;过滤式离心机存在物料易堵塞过滤介质,处理量小不能满足生产需要以及常规操作费用高等问题。因此,我们选用不同规格的卧式螺旋卸料沉降离心机用于酒糟废液分离,取得了良好的工程应用效果。Each year ten millions of waste liquid of distillers＇ grains are being discharged in our country. The content of organic solid can reach to 5%-8% in the waste liquid, and even higher than 500 kg in every ton of the liquid,which contains a lot of nutrition and mutiple aminophenol. Over the past 20 years, many tests have been done to select the separation equipments of the waste liquid in domestic alcohol industies, there are many problems in the large plate and frame press fiher, such as the rebirth of fdtration cloth,the intense of operating works,the high cost of routine task etc. ; The centrifuger filter also has many problems such as the materials are easy to plug in the filtration medium,the disposal can not reach to the production needs and high cost of routine task etc. Therefore ,we choose different specifications of centrifuges applied in the waste liquid of distillers＇ grains separation, and achieve better effects in the project.
