摘　　要：划价是整个医疗卫生经济活动中的基础性环节,是医院信息化的基石之一。文章研究了划价的处理流程,详细描述了集中和分散两种划价模式,并指出了两种划价模式的优点和不足,最后阐述了单病种收费时代的划价工作面临的新挑战。It is the basic process of the hospital economic activities and the foundation stone of the hospital informationization to calculate and record the patients＇ charges. The paper researches the processing flow of it, and describes the two modes in details ： centralization and decentralization, also points out the differences about it. At last the paper analyzes the pricing work for single disease.
