摘　　要：目的制定科学实用的《常用中医护理技术操作评分标准》。方法采用德尔菲(Delphi)法,通过医学文献的研究编制《常用中医护理技术操作评分标准专家问卷调查表》,向广西35家二级甲等及以上中医医院5O余位专家发送3次问卷调查,并进行结果分析评价。结果三次问卷调查分别收回有效问卷为52、52、40份,专家积极系数分别为85.4、100、88.9。制定出广西《常用中医护理技术操作评分标准》(以下简称《标准》),专家对其中指标意见的集中程度与协调程度较高。结论专家的积极性与专业水平均较高,具有代表性,《标准》涉及的项目内容大都得到专家的认可。Objective to establish the scientific and practical Common TCM Nursing Operation Standard for Evaluation. Methods adopted Delphi method. Through the research of medical literature, formulated the expert questionnaire survey of the Common TCM Nursing Operation Standard for Evaluation; sended three questionnaires to about 50 experts of hospital of Chinese medicine of 35 second-class hospitals and above of Guangxi province. Analyzed and evaluated the result. Result the effective questionnaires of the 3 times questionnaire survey of the experts were 52,52,40 respectively. And the positive coefficient was 85.4,100,88.9 respectively. Formulated Common TCM Nursing Operation Standard for Evaluation through the questionnaires.Experts thought highly of Indicial intensity and consistency degree of the Marking scheme.Conclusion The positivity and level of expertise of the experts was higher;, ang the questionnaires were representative.the contents of a project that the Standard refered to gained acceptance in the experts.
