摘　　要：本文描述了一种新型声表面波压控振荡器，它的中心频率为７５ＭＨｚ，压控频率范围宽可达１ＭＨｚ；输出功率一致性好，整个压控范围输出功率波动小于１ｄＢｍ；相位噪声低，在偏离频率１ｋＨｚ处的单边带相位噪声小于－１００ｄＢ／Ｈｚ。This paper details a new type surface acoustic wave voltage controll oscillator (SAWVCO).Its center frequency is 75MHz and range of voltage controll frequency is 1MHz. It has a good output power and the output power difference of all voltage controll is less than 1dBm. It has low phase noise:single sideband phase noise at the 1kHz offset from carrier is less than -100dB/Hz.
