特殊类型的断指再植33例临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析特殊类型断指再植的临床资料，提高再植的成活率。方法通过对特殊类型断指再植的33例患者（44指）的临床资料、手术方法、术后处理的分析，提出特殊类型断指再植的特点，以及手术和术后的处理要点。结果自2006年7月至2008年10月，对33例患者（44指）进行了手术，术后成活41指，成活率达93．18％。术后随访31例患者（41指）3～12个月，外形及功能均较满意。结论只要掌握特殊类型断指再植的处理要点，就能获得满意的成活率；强调康复理疗、功能锻炼在特殊类型断指再植术后的重要性；只有最大限度地恢复再植手指的功能才是再植治疗的结束。Objective To analyze the clinical data of replantation of unusual amputated fingers to increase the survival rate of replantation. Methods Forty-four unusual types of amputated fingers in 33 cases were involved in this study. Their clinical data, operative methods and postoperative treatments were studied. The characteristics and the main points of operation and postoperative treatments were raised on the cases of unusual types of amputated fingers. Results From July 2006 to October 2008, 44 unusual types of amputated fingers in 33 cases were performed the operation, and the survival rate arrived 93. 18%. Thirty-one cases （41 fingers） were followed up for 3 - 12 months. All of these cases were satisfied with figures and functions. Conclusion A satisfied survival rate could be obtained if the main points of treatments on unusual type of amputated fingers are grasped. It is very important for these postoperative patients to perform the rehabilitation care and functional exercise. The treatments are not ended until replanted fingers restore completely.
