摘 要:在传统的SAF2507双相不锈钢的基础上,调整了其中几种主要元素的含量,并且研究了00Cr25Ni8Mo3CuN钢的相组成、力学性能和耐点蚀性能。结果表明:该双相不锈钢的相组成除了主要相(铁素体相和奥氏体相)以外,还有少量的析出相。钢的塑性和硬度均较高,并且具有优异的耐点蚀性能。The phase composition and properties of 00Cr25Ni8Mo3CuN steel were studied, which has several different key elements' content, and the adjustment of element content is on the basis of the traditional SAF2507 duplex stainless steel. The results show that the duplex stainless steel contains the phase of ferrite phase and austenitic phase, and there are also a small amount of precipitated phases. Therefore, the plastic property and hardness of the steel are higher, and the steel has excellent performance of pitting resistance.
