摘  要:采用高频感应加热熔覆方法在低碳钢基体上制备了铁基合金涂层;利用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪及X射线衍射仪观察分析了涂层合金的显微组织结构,并对涂层合金进行耐磨性测试。结果表明:涂层合金与基体之间为冶金结合,组织为致密的放射状组织上分布着大量块状、条状的共晶体。放射状组织为马氏体相和γ合金固溶体相的混合组织上均匀覆盖着的大量的花状和枝晶状共晶体。涂层具有较高的硬度和较好的耐磨性。The Fe-based wear-resistant layer was melted on the surface of low-carbon steel by high-frequency induction cladding. The microstructure of coating was characterized by SEM, XRD and EDS. The wear resistance of coating was evaluated under ambient condition. The results show that the induction cladding coating is metallurgically bonded to the substrate. The microstructure of coating is compact actinomorphous structure with plentiful nubby and strip eutectics. Actinomorphous structure is mixed structure of martensite and γ mischcrystal covered with floriated and dendritic eutectic. The coating has high hardness and excellent wear resistance.
