维持性血液透析患者血清脂联素与营养状况的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨维持性血液透析患者血清脂联素与营养状况的关系。方法对81例维持性血液透析患者应用改良定量主观全面营养评估（MQSGA）法、血生化指标、人体指数学指标综合评估其营养状况，同时采用ELISA法测定血清脂联素水平，评估血清脂联素与营养状况之间的相关性。结果维持性血液透析患者营养不良患病率为69．1％。血清脂联素平均为（8．66±2．62）μg／ml，与MQSOA、肱三头肌皮褶厚度、上臂肌围、腰臀比、体重指数等营养指标成线性相关关系。结论维持性血液透析患者大多存在不同程度的营养不良，血清脂联素水平与营养指标相关，可作为评估血液透析患者营养不良的指标之一。Objective To explore the relationship between serum adiponectin level and malnutrition in patients subject to maintenance hemodialysis （HD）. Method Eighty-one patients subject to maintenance HD were selected in this study. The modified quantitative subjective global assessment （MQSGA）, the anthropometric measurements and the biochemical parameters were measured to assess the nutritional status in these patients. At the same time, serum adiponectin was detected by ELISA. Simultaneously,correlation between adiponectin and degree of malnutrition was analyzed. Result The prevalence of malnutrition in maintenance HD patients was 69. 1% by MQSGA. Serum adiponectin level in maintenance HD patients was （8.66 ± 2. 62）μg/ml. There was a significant correlation between serum adiponectin and nutritional indices including MQSGA, tricepsskinfold （TSF）, mid-arm muscle circumference（MAMC）,waist to hip ratio（WHR） and body-mass index（BMI）. Conclusion Most of maintenance HD patients have the complication of malnutrition. Serum adiponectin level is correlated to objective nutritional indices, and can be applied as one of the indices to assess the malnutrition in maintenance HD patients.
