齿轮强度计算中的Kα和重合度系数的探讨

摘　　要：对齿轮强度计算中的齿间载荷分配系数和重合度系数的意义及相互关系进行了探讨,指出了一些文献中对这个问题的模糊认识。通过对一些标准的解读和分析,认为Kα和重合度系数应同时考虑或同时不考虑。分析过程对正确理解、应用标准和进行齿轮传动设计都有帮助。Based on the research and analysis of ISO 6336(GB/T 3480),The relations between Kα and coefficient of contact ratio is discussed. It is pointed out that some problems about the subject in some article and textbook. It was proposed that consider at same time or no account for Kα and coefficient of contact ratio. The analysis process its usefulness in gear strength calculation.
