摘 要:风力发电机中增速器的空心轴是其中的关键零件之一,属于大型复杂零件,对强度的要求较高,其结构的合理性将直接影响整个风力发电机组的正常工作。文章建立了该空心轴的三维模型,采用ANSYS分析软件,在对空心轴结构进行分析的基础上,确定了分析中的约束和加载方法,对空心轴进行了静力分析,并对力矩传递区域进行了接触应力分析,对其强度性能进行了合理的评估,为其可靠性优化设计提供了理论基础,分析结果已应用于工程实际中。The hollow enter shaft is an important component of the wind generator accelerator. It belongs to large complex parts and has higher request on the strength. And its structure affects the normal operation of wind turbine. The hollow enter shaft with accurate 3D profile is set up. By using the finite element analysis software,the method of constraints and loading is determined,on the basis of the analysis structure of hollow shaft. The static analysis of the hollow enter shaft and contact analysis of the torque transfer region are carried out,reasonable assessment to the strength performance of the shaft is also carried out,a theoretical basis to the reliability optimal design is proved. The results of the analysis has been used in engineering practice.
