摘  要:根据某厂齿轮轴颈的技术要求及工况条件,制定了脉冲电刷镀修复方案,并详细介绍了此方案的工艺方法。结果表明,脉冲电镀工艺能增加镀层厚度,增强镀层硬度,效果明显优于直流电刷镀工艺。According to technical requirements on gear shaft journal and working condition at one factory,the renovation schemes of pulse brush plating is formulated and the process method of the scheme is particularly introduced. The result indicates that the thickness and hardness of coating can be increased by pulse brush plating process,and its effect of pulse brush plating process is obviously better than that of direct current brush plating process.
