四肢动脉硬化程度与同型半胱氨酸相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨四肢动脉硬化程度与同型半胱氨酸(hcy)水平的相关性。方法:90例患者利用动脉硬化测定仪测定上臂—脚踝间脉搏波传导速度(baPWV);然后根据baPWV值,将患者按照动脉硬化程度分为轻度、中度、重度三组;然后检测每名患者的同型半胱氨酸值,利用统计学方差分析法进行差异性分析。结果:随着四肢动脉硬化程度的加重,同型半胱氨酸(hcy)水平也逐渐增高(P<0.05)。结论:四肢动脉硬化程度与同型半胱氨酸(hcy)水平存在相关性。Objective ：To approach Correlation of Limbs arteriosclerosis degree with homocysteine level Methods：Determination of conduction velocity of pulse wave（bapwv） between upper arm and food ankle for go cases of patients by arteriosclerosis determination instrument; then, According to ba PWV value, Patients were divided into mild, moderate, severe three groups on the basis of arteriosclerosis degree; then, determinde homocysteine value of each patient, and conducted diversity analysis by statistics variance analysis methods. Results：With patient＇s condition of limbs arteriosclerosis degree worsened, homocysteine level gradually increased （ p 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ：There is correlation of limbs arterioscterosis degree with homoeysteine level.
