统筹城乡发展视角下的重庆市土地资源承载力及农民市民化研究

摘　　要：本文根据重庆市土地资源现状及城市性质、定位和发展目标,构建适合重庆市的土地资源承载力评价指标体系,运用均方差决策法和变异系数法进行赋权并加权求和得出综合评价值。结果表明:重庆市土地资源承载力现状水平较低,但在时间序列上整体呈现递增趋势。作为统筹城乡发展改革的突破口之一,重庆市未来大规模的农民市民化与土地资源承载力的提高息息相关:不仅从根本上缓解了人地关系矛盾,实现土地资源优化配置,而且有效改善土地生态环境,实现土地的可持续利用。最后对农民市民化问题提出相关建议。According to the current situation of Chongqing＇s land resources, city characters, the orientations and the development goals, the paper constructs the evaluation index system suitable for carrying capacity of land resources, and also analyzes the weighs and sums the synthetical fraction by using both means of squared deviation method and variation coefficient method. The results show that： the present level of the carrying capacity of Chongqing land resources is low, but it is increasing gradually in the time series. As one of the sally port to reform the rural and urban development, the large-scale farmers＇ residing in city in the future is closely linked to the enhancement of the carrying capacity of land resources： It not only fundamentally alleviate the contradiction between human beings and land, but also benefit to the land resource optimization disposition. Moreover, it can improve the land ecological environment effectively and realizing the sustainable utilization of land. Finally this paper puts forward several proposals to the problem of farmers＇ urbanization.
