湖南农业技术创新与现代农业发展协调性评价

摘　　要：通过建立评价指标与计量模型,对湖南各市州农业技术创新与现代农业的发展状况和协调程度进行了分析与评价。结果表明,湖南现代农业发展整体水平较低,农业技术创新对现代农业发展的推动作用不强,农业技术创新与现代农业发展区域差异明显。提出了加快推进传统农业向现代农业的转变,加大农业技术创新对现代农业发展的推动力度,发挥核心区域在农业技术创新与现代农业发展中的示范、带动和辐射作用等对策建议。By building the model appraising index and measuring, the agriculture technological innovation, modem agriculture development status and coordination degree have carried out analysis and evaluation of Hunan each prefecture and county. The results indicates that： the modem agriculture development level is lower in Hnnan province, the push of agriculture technological innovation is not strong to modem agriculture develops, the regional difference of agriculture technological innovation and modem agriculture development are obvious. This paper proposed some countermeasures that is to accelerating the transformation of traditional agriculture to modem agriculture, to strengthen the push of agriculture technological innovation to modem agriculture, play the effect of core area＇s demonstration, driving and radiation.
