摘 要:目的测定鸡血藤类药材中原儿茶酸的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定原儿茶酸的含量,反相C18柱,流动相乙腈-水-磷酸系统(8∶92∶0.1),等度洗脱,流速1mL/min,检测波长260nm。结果原儿茶酸对照品在0.020~2.008μg范围具有良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为97.8%,RSD为0.1%(n=5)。结论该法操作简便、快捷,适用于鸡血藤类药材中原儿茶酸含量的测定。Objective To determine the content of protocatechuic acid in Spatholobus suberectus Dunn. Methods HPLC method was developed for the determination of protocatechuic acid in Spatholobus suberectus Dunn. The separation was performed on C18 column with acetonitrile -water- orthophosphoric acid (8 : 92 : 0. 1 ) as a mobile phase with the flow rate being 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 260 nm. Results A satisfactory separation between proto- catechuic acid and impurity was obtained. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 020- 2.008 ug, r = 0. 999 9. The average recovery was 98 % , and RSD was 0. 1% ( n = 5). Conclusion The method is accurate and can be used for the detemrmination of protocatechuic acid in Spatholobus suberectus Dunn.
