摘　　要：目的观察正常妊娠妇女的5min短程心率变异,探讨用5min心率变异中的TP值作为衡量妊娠妇女心血管自主神经功能平衡情况的可能性。方法在我院门诊及住院的25～35岁妊娠妇女中随机选择97例健康妇女作为观察组,未妊娠妇女中选择46例健康妇女作为对照组。对143例均分别进行5min短程心率变异分析。结果观察组妊娠妇女5min短程心率变异分析频域指标TP值较对照组妊娠妇女明显降低(P<0.05)。结论5min短程心率变异分析可以作为衡量妊娠妇女心血管自主神经功能平衡情况的检查。Objective To observe the 5 - minute short route heart rate variability in healthy pregnant women, and investigate whether the TP could be used as the parameter of pregnant women＇s autonomic nerve function. Methods 97 healthy pregnant women and 46 healthy unpregnant women were chosen randomizely and arranged into observe group and control group respectively. The total 143 women were taken 5 - minute short route heart rate variability examination one after another. Results The value of TP in pregnant women were lower than that in the healthy women significantly （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The 5 - minute short route heart rate variability examination could be used as the parameter of pregnant women＇s autonomic nerve function.
