摘  要:军校任职教育是一种以岗位任职培训、专业技术轮训为主的职业教育,教育对象是以现职军官干部和现役士官为主体的学员,时间短,任务重,要求高,导致管理工作复杂.针对这些新情况,就任职教育管理的3个特点进行了分析,提出了任职教育管理的4个基本原则,提出了建立健全多元化管理、管理队伍培养、工作信息反馈、干部考评等构建和谐的任职教育管理的四项机制。The military academy post education is a sort of vocation education based mainly on the post training and specialty skill training in turn, its education object are mainly officers and sergeant in service, and it is of short training time, cumbersome task and high requirements, which results in complex management work. In view of these new conditions, three characteristics of post education management were analyzed, and its four basic principles were proposed, finally the four types of mechanism applied to establishing the harmonious post education management were presented, focusing on the cultivation of management staff, feedback of working information and appraising of officials and so on.
