摘　　要：随着军队的信息化转变,部队对高素质军事人才的需求日益突出,军校教学质量已经成为影响新军事变革的一个重要环节,因此,各军校都在积极探索提高教学质量的方法和途径.根据ISO9000质量管理体系的科学管理理念,构建科学的教学管理体系,以促进教学管理向规范化、制度化和科学化方向发展,保证教学质量的提高。With the transformation of military forces into informationization, the demand of troops for military personnel with high quality is prominent increasingly, the teaching quality in the military academy has already become an important link of new military transform, therefore, all the military schools are actively seeking after the approaches of improving the teaching quality. The scientific teaching management system was set up in terms of the idea of scientific management （namely, ISO9000 quality management system） to promote the standardization, institutionalization and science of the teaching management and guarantee the improvement on teaching quality.
