基于OTA的双二阶滤波器的设计及应用

摘　　要：采用信号流图法设计了一种基于3个OTA的双二阶滤波器,并利用此双二阶滤波器设计了四阶巴特沃思低通滤波器。对二阶滤波器和四阶滤波器进行PSPICE仿真,结果表明:基于OTA的双二阶滤波器具有工作频率高、电路简单、容易实现可编程滤波器及容易级联成高阶滤波器的特点。A biquad filter composed of three OTAs was designed using signal flow graph. A 4th-order Butterworth lowpass filter was designed based on the biquad filter. PSPICE simulation of the biquad filter and 4th-order filter was conducted. The results indicate that the biquad filter based on OTA is of high frequency and simple circuit, easy to construct programmable filter and can cascade high-order filter.
