福建省临港产业集群的竞争优势与发展策略

摘　　要：加快临港产业集群的发展是福建省做大做强工业、增强经济发展后劲的必然选择。为实现从海洋资源大省向海洋经济强省的历史性跨越,利用福建省丰富的港口资源带动福建经济的发展,开拓港口发展腹地,如何培育形成临港产业集群是福建省各级政府所关注的。文章在介绍福建省临港产业集群发展现状的基础上,运用波特的"钻石模型"分析了福建省临港产业集群的竞争力因素和非竞争力因素,并提出发展策略建议。Enhanced development of harbor industrial clusters is essential for Fujian province to strengthen industry and economic developmental stamina. Priority is given to cultivating harbor industrial clusters to realize the historic stride from a big province of sea resources to a strong province of sea economy. Importance is attached to utilizing the abundant harbor resources to develop provincial economy and the hinterland. With a description of the developing actuality of Fujian harbor industrial clusters, the paper analyzes its competitive and non-competitive factors with Porter＇s ＂Diamond model＂. Suggestions for further development of harbor industrial clusters are proposed.
