摘　　要：在供应链管理中,供应链的风险防范是很重要的问题。通过供应链核心企业与银行构建银企联盟,使银行参与到供应链中,在为供应链提供金融支持的同时,构建供应链新的信息通路,加大信息沟通和信息共享,增强企业的互信,提升供应链及其企业的信用水平,防范供应链风险的发生。Supply chain＇s risk guard is the very important question In the supply chain management.Through the bank-enterprise alliance which are composed of the supply chain core enterprise and the bank,the bank enters supply chain.While providing the financial backing to supply chain,it constructs new information way in supply chain enterprises,increasing the information communication and information sharing,enhancing enterprise＇s mutual confidence,promoting credit level of supply chain and its enterprise＇s,guarding supply chain risk.
