摘  要:目的:探讨两种不同体位对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者雾化吸入效果的影响。方法:对我科2007年7月~2008年7月收治的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。所有患者在常规给予抗炎、平喘、止咳、化痰等药物治疗及护理的基础上,在心电监护血氧饱和度监测下采取不同卧位进行雾化吸入。观察组采用坐位,对照组采用抬高床头30°卧位,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:雾化吸入后观察组气喘缓解时间和有效排痰时间明显少于对照组(P<0.01),血氧饱和度雾化后明显高于对照组(P<0.01),呼吸、心率的次数明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:患者采用坐位不仅能增加气体交换量,增加呼吸深度,迅速缓解支气管平滑肌痉挛,改善通气,明显缩短患者有效排痰时间,提高治疗效果。Objective To observe the effect of different postures in patients with inhalation treatment of COPD.Methods:60 patients of COPD were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.To conventional anti-inflammatory,asthma,cough,phlegm,such as drug treatment and care,based on the mind monitoring oxygen saturation monitoring body under different position inhalation.the obserbation group to take seat position,the control group used up to 300 bedside supine,to compare the influence between two groups of treatment effect. Results: The remittent time of wheeziness and effective debar phlegm in the observation group were less than in control group after inhalation(P 〈 0.01 ), the oxygen saturation rose was higher than control group( P 〈 0.01 ), and the respiration,, heart rate were lower than in control group( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The seats not only can increase the gas exchange capacity and enhance the depth of breathing, rapid mitigation of bronchial smooth muscle spasm, improving ventilation, effective expectoration in patients with significantly reduced time and improve treatment.
