冠心病患者单核细胞CD36表达水平与冠状动脉病变程度的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病患者外周血单核细胞CD36表达水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度的关系。方法对46例可疑冠心病患者行冠状动脉造影检查,流式细胞仪检测其外周血单核细胞CD36表达水平,根据冠状动脉造影结果及冠状动脉病变的Gensini′s评分将患者进行分组,比较各组CD36水平的差异;用多重线性回归筛选冠状动脉病变严重程度的影响因素。结果冠心病患者外周血单核细胞CD36的阳性率,明显高于正常对照组[(75.8±8.1)%vs.(42.0±2.2)%,P<0.01];CD36的阳性率随着Gensini′s评分的升高而升高(P<0.01);多重线性回归显示CD36和HDL-C是冠状动脉病变严重程度的独立影响因素(P<0.01)。结论冠心病患者外周血单核细胞CD36表达水平升高,CD36水平能够在一定程度上反映冠状动脉病变的严重程度。Objective To investigate the correlation between CD36 level of monocyte and the severity of coronary artery atherosclerosis.Methods Coronary angiographies were done and CD36 levels of monocyte were measured by flow cytometry in 46 cases with suspected coronary heart disease（CHD）.Patients were divided into groups according to the coronary angiographies and Gensini＇s scores of coronary artery atherosclerosis.The CD36 levels of monocyte were compared in different groups,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the correlation factors of the severity of coronary artery atherosclerosis.Results CD36 level of monocyte in CHD group（75.8±8.1）% was increased as compared with that in control group（42.0±2.2）%（P〈0.01）.With the increased of Gensini＇s scores,CD36 levels of monocyte increased（P〈0.01）.Multiple linear regression showed that CD36 level of monocyte and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were independent factors influencing the severity of coronary artery atherosclerosis（P〈0.01）.Conclusions CD36 level of monocyte was increased in patients with CHD.CD36 level of monocyte could reflect the severity of coronary artery atherosclerosis in a certain degree.
