摘　　要：未来几年,浙江省高技能人才发展将呈现如下趋向:高技能人才成为浙江经济发展的助力器,高技能人才数量有较快增长,高技能人才结构进一步得到优化,影响高技能人才发展的政策障碍逐步消除,高技能人才流动更趋规范、合理、有序。The development of high-skilled talents in Zhejiang province will manifest the following trends in future：high-skilled talents will become driving forces for economic development,the quantity of high-skilled talents will increase quickly,the structure of high-skilled talents will be optimized,the policies influencing on the development of high-skilled talents will eliminate gradually,the flowing of high-skilled talents will become more regulated,reasonable and ordered.
