摘 要:在纤维素三醋酸酯手性柱和薄层板上,研究了温度对手性分离的影响.在不同温度下分离对映体(10~50℃),芬那露和安眠酮的lnk和lnα对1/T图皆成直线关系,并且α值随温度增加而减少.但降低温度对芬那露的分离影响很小,安眠酮的分离得到改善.特罗格尔碱的lnk和lnα对1/T皆在30℃时有个拐点,是不同斜率的两条直线.增加温度,分离明显得到改善.Three enantiomers (Troeger′s base,methaqualone and cholmeazlone)were separated on the swollen microcrystalline cellulose triacetate column(swen CTA)and the CTA thin layer plates at different temperature of 10~50 ℃.The plots of ln k and ln α versus 1/ T are in good linear relationship and α value is decreased with increasing temperature for methaqualone and chlomezanone.But the effect of separation is not obvious with decreasing temperature for chlomezanone.the separation is improved with decreasing temperature for the methaqualone.For Troeger′s base,the plots of in k and ln α versus 1/ T all were broken at 30 ℃ and became two lines in HPLC and TLC.In HPLC,the slopes of two lines all are negative,but in TLC slopes were positive at 20~30 ℃,whereas the slopes were negative at 30~50 ℃.For the resolution of Troger′s base whether HPLC or TLC all were obviously improved with increasing temperature.
