摘 要:在较高水力负荷(1~2.5 m/d)下,选取沸石、无烟煤、蛭石、高炉钢渣、生物陶粒等5种填料,采用不同组合方式构建了4个模拟垂直流人工湿地并处理污水。结果表明:组合填料的种类、装填顺序和装填方式对净化效果产生了较大影响;与单一填料相比,4种组合填料对COD的平均去除率都有所提高,对BOD5的净化能力则略有降低;由上至下依次填充无烟煤、生物陶粒、沸石的组合填料具有较好的脱氮功能,对TN和NH4+-N的平均去除率分别达到85%和91%;由上至下依次填充无烟煤、蛭石、钢渣的组合填料具有较好的除磷功能,对TP和TDP的平均去除率均可达到85%以上;钢渣在组合填料中所处位置对除磷效果有较大影响;与分层布置组合填料相比,不同填料进行简单的掺混后,其净化能力要弱于单一填料的。Five kinds of fillers including zeolite, anthracite, vermiculite, blast furnace slag and biological ceramsite were used in combination in four simulative vertical flow constructed wetlands to treat wastewater at a high hydraulic loading range ( 1 to 2.5 m/d). The results show that the purifying effect is significantly affected by the type of combined fillers, the filling order and the filling methods. With the combined fillers, the average COD removal rate is increased, and the average BOD5 removal rate is de- creased. Favorable nitrogen removal is achieved when anthracite, biological ceramsite and zeolite are filled in a top-to-bottom order, and the average removal rates of TN and NH4^+ - N are 85% and 91%. Also, good phosphorus removal is achieved when anthracite, vermiculite and blast furnace slag are filled in a top-to-bottom order, and the average removal rates of TP and total dissolved phosphorus (TDP) are all above 85 %. The location of blast furnace slag in the combined fllers has a great effect on phosphorus removal. Compared with the lamination arrangement of the combined fillers, the purification capacity of simply mixed combined fillers may be less than that of single filler.
