摘 要:在新沂河沭阳段的滩地上建设了总处理能力为1 050 m3/d的中试生物滤池,3个滤池分别填充粗(60~80 mm)、中(30~50 mm)、细(10~20 mm)三种粒径的填料,并进行了为期一年多的试验研究。结果表明,采用生物滤池处理新沂河水是可行的,细、中和粗三种粒径的滤池对CODMn和NH4+-N的平均去除率分别为23%、15.5%、9.7%和80.3%、51.2%、33.7%,硝化作用是生物滤池除氮的主要机制,可生化性会影响对CODMn的去除效果。细粒径的滤池对污染物的去除效率最高,对NH4+-N和CODMn的平均去除率分别在80%和20%以上。影响污染物去除效果的主要因素有填料粒径、水力负荷、池长、停留时间、水温等,细粒径的滤池去除污染物的效果受各种因素的影响较小,可保持较高的去除率。为保证除污效果,应使细粒径滤池的池长>15 m,中、粗粒径滤池的池长>30 m。A pilot-scale project with treatment capacity of 1 050 m^3/d was constructed on the beach of Xinyi River near the Shuyang Bridge. The biological filters (BF) were filled by three fillers with large (60 to 80 mm), medium (30 to 50 mm) and fine ( 10 to 20 mm) sizes, and experimented for more than one year. The results show that the BF technique is feasible to treat the polluted Xinyi River water. The average removal rate of CODMn by fine, medium and large fillers is 23%, 15.5% and 9.7%, and that of NH4^+ - N is 80.3%, 51.2% and 33.7% respectively. The nitrification is the main cause for the removal of nitrogen. Biodegradability can affect the removal rate of CODMn. The BF filled with fine fillers has the highest pollutant removal rates. The factors that affect the removal rates are the size of fillers, hydraulic loading, length of BF, hydraulic retention time (HRT) and water temperature. These factors have little effect on the BF filled with fine fillers, and the high removal rates are maintained. The length of the BF filled with fine fillers should be more than 15 meters while the length of BF filled with medium fillers and large fillers should be more than 30 meters to ensure the pollutant removal efficiency.
