摘  要:采用上流式曝气生物滤池与超滤(BAF/UF)组合工艺对西安市邓家村污水处理厂的二级出水进行深度处理,考察了对COD、NH3-N、色度、浊度的去除效果。结果表明,在进水流量为1 L/h、气水比为3∶1、温度为20~25℃、pH值为7.83~7.99的条件下,当进水COD、NH3-N、色度、浊度分别为41.83 mg/L、23.12 mg/L、12倍、9 NTU时,BAF出水COD、NH3-N、色度和浊度分别为(25.67~31.87)mg/L、(1.41~2.56)mg/L、(9~11)倍和(2.01~3.25)NTU,平均去除率分别为35%、90%、16%和69%;再经UF工艺处理后,分别降至(15.31~17.85)mg/L、(1.38~2.44)mg/L、(5~7)倍和(0.03~0.1)NTU,平均去除率分别为41%、4%、40%、98%。BAF/UF组合工艺对COD、NH3-N、色度和浊度的平均去除率分别为60%、92%、50%和99%,且将曝气生物滤池作为超滤的预处理工艺可大大提高超滤膜的性能,有效降低了膜污染。A combined process of upflow biological aerated filter (BAF) and ultrafiltration (UF) was used to treat secondary effluent from Xi' an Dengjiacun Wastewater Treatment Plant. The removal effects of COD, NH3 - N, color and turbidity were investigated. Under the conditions of influent flow 1 L/h, air/water ratio 3 : 1, temperature 20 ℃ to 25 ℃ and pH 7.83 to 7.99, COD, NH3 - N, color and turbidity are reduced from 41.83 mg/L, 23.12 mg/L, 12 times and 9 NTU in the influent to 25.67 to 31.87 rag/L, 1.41 to 2.56 rag/L, 9 to 11 times and 2. 01 to 3.25 NTU in the effluent of BAF, with the average removal rates of 35% , 90% , 16% and 69% respectively. After UF treatment, COD, NH3 -N, color and turbidity are 15.31 to 17.85 mg/L, 1.38 to 2.44 mg/L, 5 to 7 times and 0.03 to 0. 1 NTU, with the average removal rates of 41% , 4% , 40% and 98% respectively. The average removal rates of COD, NH3 - N, color and turbidity by the combined process of BAF and UF are 60% , 92% , 50% and 99% respectively. As a pretreatment for the UF membrane process, the BAF process can improve the performance of UF and reduce membrane fouling.
