摘 要:研究了预氯化工艺下,聚合氯化铝(PAC)与聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDM)制成的复合混凝剂对冬季太湖水的除藻脱浊性能,考察了混凝剂投加量、PAC与PDM的质量比、PDM特征粘度对除藻脱浊效果的影响,并与硫酸铝(AS)制成的AS/PDM复合混凝剂的除藻脱浊效果进行对比。结果表明:PAC/PDM复合混凝剂对冬季太湖加氯水的除藻脱浊效果,比单独使用PAC时明显提高,具有余浊达标时节省投加量、投加量相等时提高处理效果的特点;PDM的复合比和特征粘度越大,则PAC/PDM复合混凝剂的除藻率越大、余浊越低,但使用PDM比例低但特征粘度高的PAC/PDM复合混凝剂是提高除藻脱浊效果的既经济又高效的手段;PAC、PAC/PDM复合混凝剂对冬季太湖加氯水的除藻脱浊效果分别优于AS、AS/PDM复合混凝剂的。Under the prechlorination process, the removal of algae and turbidity from chlorinated water of Taihu Lake in winter by the composite coagulants prepared by polyaluminium chloride ( PAC ) and polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride (PDM) was researched. The effects of coagulants dosage, mass ratios of PAC to PDM and intrinsic viscosity values of PDM on the removal performance of algae and turbidity were investigated. Moreover, the removal of algae and turbidity by PAC/PDM composite coagulants was compared to that by AS/PDM composite coagulants prepared by aluminium sulphate (AS). The results show that compared to algae and turbidity removal by PAC, the removal by PAC/PDM composite coagulants is more effective. The PAC/PDM composite coagulants have high treatment effect with small dosage. The larger and higher the PDM proportion and intrinsic viscosity are, the better the removal effects of algae and turbidity by PAC/PDM composite coagulants are. Using PAC/PDM composite coagulants with small PDM proportion and high PDM intrinsic viscosity can economically and efficiently remove algae and turbidity. The removal effects by PAC and PAC/PDM composite coagulants are better than those by AS and AS/PDM composite coagulants.
