摘 要:利用梯度压力驯化筛选法从油田污泥中得到一株具有蓝绿色荧光、椭球状的苯酚降解菌PHE-2,其革兰氏染色为阴性。考察了该菌对苯酚的降解效果及其影响因素,结果表明:该菌对浓度为440 mg/L的苯酚降解率在26 h后达80%以上,38 h后达99%以上;该菌能耐受的最高苯酚浓度为500 mg/L,当苯酚浓度>500 mg/L时,该菌的生长受到抑制,但对苯酚的降解能力仍较强;重金属离子尤其是Zn2+和Cu2+会明显抑制PHE-2菌对苯酚的降解能力,但该菌对重金属离子尤其是Cd2+具有良好的生物吸附能力。A gram-negative phenol-degrading strain (PHE-2) having blue-green fluorescence and spheroidal form was screened from the oilfield sludge. The degradation effect of phenol and the influence factors were investigated. The results indicate that the degradation rate of 440 mg/L phenol achieves more than 80% after 26 h and 99% after 38 h. The maximum phenol concentration tolerated by PHE-2 is 500 mg/L. When phenol concentration is more than 500 rag/L, the growth of PHE-2 is inhibited, but its degradation capacity for phenol is still strong. Heavy metal ions especially Zn^2+ and Cu^2+can obviously inhibit the degradation capacity of PHE-2 for phenol, and PHE-2 has excellent biosorption capacity for Cd^2+.
