复方亚甲蓝与自控镇痛在混合痔术后镇痛效果的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方亚甲蓝在混合痔术后的镇痛效果。方法60例混合痔手术患者随机分成两组,治疗组30例,患者采用复方亚甲蓝进行镇痛治疗;对照组30例,采用自控镇痛治疗(PCA),对两组患者术后疼痛等情况进行临床研究。结果治疗组与对照组镇痛效果通过数字评价量表(NRS)评估,在统计学上无显著性差异(P>0.05),不良反应方面治疗组优于对照组。结论亚甲蓝长效镇痛剂用于混合痔术后疼痛效果安全有效。实施镇痛时注意剂量和浓度。Objective To explore the efficiency of compound methylene blue on analgesia after Mixed Hemorrhoids Operation. Methods 60 cases with Mixed Hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups： 30 cases in the treatment group used the compound Methylene Blue analgesia and the PCA in the control group. Results The result showed that the analgesic effect was similar in two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. but the treatment group experienced fewer complications than the control group. Conclusion On analgesia efficiency compound methylene blue is an effective and safe procedure for Mixed Hemorrhoids.
