摘　　要：新闻自由是社会舆论监督的重要形式,是实现民主政治的客观需要。新闻自由包括新闻媒介创办权、新闻素材采访权、新闻评论报道权、新闻侵权救济权等若干基本权利要素。任何自由都是相对的,是有界限有制约的,新闻自由也不例外,法律在保障新闻自由的同时,也应规制新闻自由权利的滥用。Freedom of the press is an important form of social public opinion,is to achieve the objective needs of democracy. Founder of the right of freedom of the press,including the media, press material covering the right,press the right to comment on reports,news infringement of certain basic rights such as the right of relief elements.Any free is relative, there is a limit con- straints,and freedom of the press is no exception,the legal protection of freedom of the press,we should also regulate the abuse of freedom of the press.
