摘　　要：发展循环经济是目前大势所趋。在矿业领域制定循环经济的专门的法律是切实保证全社会实施循环经济的基础,也是循环经济立法的趋势。通过阐述循环经济立法在矿业经济发展过程中的重要性,具体指出了当前我国矿业领域中循环经济立法存在的问题,并提出了新的立法对策,构筑了新的立法体系,以期能保障矿业经济的可持续发展,最终达到循环经济的要求。The development of the circular economy is very quickly. Legislation of circular economy in mineral industry is the basic, and it is beneficial to the sustainable development of economy and society. The thesis is about the impor- tance of the legislation of circular economy in mineral industry, and also pointing the problems existing in the process of exploration and utilization, researching the legal model of mineral circular economy, revising and improving the legal framework of mineral industry resource, and in the end realizing the circular economy.
