摘  要:建立了高效毛细管电泳-二极管阵列检测器检测鸡蛋中三聚氰胺的方法。样品用三氯乙酸提取,固相萃取小柱净化处理后进行检测,以50mmol/L甲酸-50mmol/L甲酸铵(pH2.5)为缓冲溶液,在总长度为58.5cm,内径为75μm的毛细管中,分离时间约6min,测得的定量限为0.25mg/kg。三聚氰胺浓度在0.25~5.0mg/kg范围内进行添加回收实验,平均回收率为80.2%~90.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.7%~3.4%。本方法简单易行、高效快速、经济环保,可以满足检测需要。A high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE) has been developed for the determination of melamine residues in eggs.Test sample was extracted by trichloracetic acid,and the extract was further purified by SPE cartridge before it was detected by HPCE.The analyte was completely separated in a fused-silica uncoated capillary column(58.5 cm×75 μm i.d.) using 50 mmol/L formic acid-50 mmol/L ammonium formate(pH 2.5) within 6 min.The limit of quantification(LOQs) was 0.25 mg/kg,the average recoveries were in the range of 80.2%-90.6% with the spiked concentration of 0.25-5.0 mg/kg,and the RSD was between 1.7% and 3.4%.
