翘嘴鳜口服免疫效果的初步观察

摘　　要：将翘嘴鳜“肝肾坏死症”病原菌经福尔马林灭活的菌苗注射饵料鱼后，投喂翘嘴鳜，连续１４ｄ。于投喂结束２１ｄ后，通过检测受免鱼和对照鱼血清，体表和肠粘液中凝集抗体效价和血液中白细胞的吞噬活性，证实了口服免疫接种能使翘嘴鳜产生特异性免疫应答。The agglutinating antibody titers in the serum,cutaneous mucus and intestine mucus and phagocytic activity of leucocytes were examined at 21st day after oral immunization with formarlin killed pathogenic bacteria of mandarinfish ″Liver kidney necrosis″.The results showed a clear enhancement of the agglutinating antibody titers in serum and cutaneous mucus of immunized fish. Furthermore,both the phagocytic percentage and the phagocytic index of leucocytes in immunized group are higher than those in control group obviously. The specific immune response in oral immunized mandarinfish was demonstrated.
