异丙嗪与丙泊酚的协同镇痛作用

摘　　要：目的观察异丙嗪对丙泊酚镇痛效应的影响,为临床联合用药提供实验依据。方法将实验小鼠80只随机分为2组(n=40),分别采用扭体法和热板法观察异丙嗪和丙泊酚镇痛小鼠热板法痛阈(HPPT)和扭体次数的改变。结果与其他各组相比,异丙嗪+丙泊酚组的痛阈提高(P<0.05),扭体次数减少(P<0.01)。结论异丙嗪和丙泊酚合用能够对小鼠产生协同镇痛效应。Objective To observe the effect of promethazine on the analgesic effect of propofol so as to provide experiment evidence for clinical medication. Methods 80 mice were randomized into two groups, with 40 mice （20 males vs. 20 females） for writhing test and 40 mice （female） for hot - plate test, to observe pain threshold in hot - plate test （HPPT） and the variations in writhing times. Each group was sub - divided by stratified randomization into normal saline （NS） group, promethazine （Pro） group, propofol （Pp） group and Pm＋ Pp group. Results Compared with the NS Group, Pm group and Pp group, in hot - plate test, HPPT of Pm＋ Pp group at 10 - 60 rain increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while in the writhing test, the writhing times decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The combined medication of promethazine and propofol has synergic effect of analgesia in mice.
