摘　　要：通过对高等学校图书馆电子文献资源建设与服务发展现状的描述,阐述了电子文献服务的科学定位及高校图书馆利用者的相关权益的保障、提出了加强高校图书馆电子文献资源建设与服务的相关措施。Based on the description of the construction and current situation of service of university library, this paper discussed the scientific location and reader＇s benefit of university library. Finally, some measures on the improving the construction and service of electronic literature of university library are presented.
