摘　　要：文章探索了图书馆讲座所具有的零次信息属性,指出当前图书馆讲座信息开发与利用所存在着流失与误读等问题,对产生这一现状原因做了深入剖析,最后总结出应对的三大策略。The paper explored the attribute of the zero information in the library lectures and sumed up the current situation of development and utilization of the zero information in public library. It analysed some reasons deeply and then gave three major strategies.
