摘  要:建立了简便、准确的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测沉积物中五氯苯酚(PCP)、四氯苯酚(TeCP)和邻苯基苯酚(OPP)。以甲醇10mmol/L醋酸铵水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,以C18柱为液相分离柱,DAD为检测器,检测波长为220 nm,并且对提取方式、提取溶剂、提取时间进行探索与研究。PCP、TeCP、OPP分析线性范围分别为0.02~200 mg/L(r=0.99994),0.02~200 mg/L(r=0.99990),0.04~200 mg/L(r=0.99995);最低检测浓度均为0.1 ng/g;回收率96.35%~103.6%,RSD≤8.36%(n=7)。本法具有非常高的选择性、灵敏度和准确度,可以分析测定沉积物中的PCP、TeCP、OPP。An analytical method using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was established for simultaneous determination of Pentachlorophenol (PCP), Tetrachlorophenol (TeCP) and Orthophenylphenol (OPP) in sediments. LC separation was performed on a C18 column with a gradient elution consist of aqueous ammonium acetate and methanol. Analyses were detected using a DAD at the wavelength of 220 nm. The linear range of PCP, TeCP, and OPP were 0.02~200 mg/L (r=0. 99994), 0.02~200 mg/L (r=0. 99990), 0.04~200 mg/L (r=0. 99995), respectively. The detection limits were 0. 1ng/g. The extraction method, extraction solvent, and extraction time were also discussed to give an optimum result. Extraction recoveries were between 96.35%--103.6%, RSDs were below 8.36% (n=7). The method can be applied to determine PCP, TeCP, and OPP in sediments with satisfactory results.
